so we burn the first pile of cuttings today, took a little while to get going but quickly burnt, glad i decided to burn a small amount today, Going to continue to burn small amounts rather than the whole lot at once.

Plot 209

Paperwork came in yesterdays post, read the T&Cs and paid my monies, now just waiting to arrange a time to collect the key, i'm like a child in a sweet shop, actually skip that i'm like me in a sweet shop ;)

talking about finances decided to keep track of the money putting into the allotment, not really for any purpose, i guess in a years time when i've pulled 50kg of potatoes etc... it would interesting to see the comparative cost

as an opener this is the costs so far

this might be expensive for some areas or cheap, all i know is when i was told I fell of my chair, i couldn't believe that someone was going to allow me to do something i love for less than a Chinese take-out for 4

Its going to be a learning experience there is no doubt of that, but I cant wait to get started

still not actually got my hands on the keys BOOOOO!!!!!

just waiting for some paperwork to come through, it seems to be taking forever, I managed to get someone to let me work on the plot on Sunday but unofficially, really can't wait to get started and this weather is perfect for doing the initial sorting out.

Just been to measure up the plot before the paper work is signed, starting to feel a bit real now :)

The Day That Changed Everything...

Well today's the day, I've visited an allotment and chosen a plot, its about 5 Poles, but tomorrow morning when i show Andi we will measure exactly.

can't wait to start been a long time coming ;)
